About
I’m Sakhile Dlamini, an experienced and creative UI design lead with a proven track record of leading successful design projects and creating engaging user interfaces. Currently, I work as a UI design lead at Flume Digital & PR. Before that, I was a digital designer at ADvTECH and HFPA. I’ve been a designer for 12 years.
I’ve worked in various roles in the creative space from Art Director, Senior UI/UX, Digital Designer and Graphic Designer. I’m skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. I’ve always seen myself as a conceptual thinker; I break the mould and always try to elevate my designs by creating unique experiences.

As a senior user experience consultant I lead the design and development of user-centred products by conducting user research, creating prototypes, and ensuring usability. I collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to align business goals with user needs. With strong skills in user research, usability testing, and design tools like Figma, I advocate for best practices in UX design. This role also involves project management.
